The challenge
MPs and senior officials follow how contract management improves across government departments and arm's-length bodies, through the Commercial Continuous Improvement Assessment Framework. They had a dashboard, but it was not built to update each quarter as the work continued.
What we did
We built a government contracts insight dashboard, and a benchmarking framework and tools that track 27 key performance indicators across 8 themes.

More than £150 billion of contracts data in evidence for MPs and senior civil servants, and 27 key performance indicators tracked across 8 themes.
